Author Biography

Franz Jalics, SJ, was born in Budapest, Hungary. Ordained a priest in 1959, he holds a PhD in theology and has served in many parts of the world, including teaching dogmatics and fundamental theology at the Jesuit San Miguel University in Argentina. Fr. Jalics has lived in Germany since 1978, where he devotes himself to leading retreats. Since 1984 he has had his own retreat house in Wilhelmsthal, Germany.
