<b>Sascha Segan</b> started bidding on Priceline.com in 1999 and stays in Priceline hotel rooms several times a year. He&#8217;s the author of <i>Fly Safe, Fly Smart</i> (published by Wiley) and has contributed to a slew of <i>Frommer&#8217;s</i> travel guides (published by Wiley). He&#8217;s also the lead analyst for cellphones and PDAs at <i>PC Magazine.</i> In his spare time, he likes to fiddle with his TiVo and plot future escapes from New York.
