E. MAGNUS OHMAN MD, FRCPI, FACC is the Ernest and Hazel Craige Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine and Chief of the Division of Cardiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Director of the UNC Heart Center. GAIL COX RN is a cardiology nurse clinician at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the Patient Care Coordinator of the UNC Heart Center. STAEPHAEN FORT, MD, MRCP, FRCPC is a staff cardiologist and Director of the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Queen Elizabeth II Hospital, and Associate Professor of Medicine at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. VICTORIA K. FOULGER RN, BPHIL is a chartered herbalist and former cardiac research nurse who has cared for hundred of coronary care patients during her career.
