Margaret Alston is Professor of Social Work and Head of Department at Monash University and heads the Gender, Leadership and Social Sustainability research unit (GLASS) at Monash.

Samone McCurdy is a Lecturer in Social Work at Monash University.

Jennifer McKinnon is Adjunct Professor in Social Work at Charles Sturt University.
