Author Biography

Douglas W. Kieso PhD, J.D., M.A.S., BS, CPA,
teaches at Aurora University in pre-law and criminal justice since 2004 and prior to that taught in accountancy from 1993 to 1996.  He's  also worked as a CPA for Arthur Andersen & Co. in Los Angeles and as a corporate attorney with a law firm in Chicago.
