This is the perfect textbook for a beginner wanting to start yoga on their own. Anything you can take from this textbook will enhance your health and add balance to your life! The pictures help make it easy to understand, even if this is your first exposure to yoga. It's truly user friendly. This textbook is ideal for anyone needing a general overview of yoga, its purpose, usefulness, and rewards. Highly recommended!
